Important Notice to Shareholders
Payment of the 3rd Installment

Dear Shareholders,
In accordance with the Board of Directors’ decision dated 12/8/2006 and upon the request of a large percentage of shareholders to pay the third installment of the company’s capital and in order to facilitate the listing of UCI in the Palestine Exchange Securities market.

Therefore we are kindly requesting from all shareholders to pay the third installment which amounts to 25% of their shares. Shareholders are invited to make their transfers during the period 22/8/2006 until 22/9/2006 as follows:-
