M/S : Shareholders who have not paid the fourth installment

under the board of directors , decision and  in accordance with the provisions of the UCI,s by – law the  following announcement is made to the attention of  the shareholders who have  not paid  the fourth installment of the value of shares  registered in their  names. With effect from 15/10/2007 the UCI  will announce the sale of all the shares of those who have not paid the fourth installment  by sealed envelope or by auction as decided by the UCI in due course.

We, therefore, call upon the shareholders who have not paid the fourth installment  to seize  this opportunity and Speed up payment of the fourth installment before 15/10/2007  so that the UCI will not have  to sell their Shares”

Note: Payment is to be made at the UCI,s premises or into

Its account with  the following banks.

* Bank of Palestine  , account No. 231020  Ramaalah or through any of its  branches in Palestine .

* Arab bank account No. 673620 Ramaalah or through any of its  branches in Palestine .
