In a symposium organized by the Palestine securities exchange giving an overview of the Union Construction and Investment Corporation (UCI) – the Union Construction and Investment Corporation (UCI) announces a series of real estate projects in the Palestinian territories .

An overview of the Union Construction and Investment Corporation (UCI), its investments and expansionist plans was organized on 17/01/2007 by the Union Construction and Investment Corporation (UCI) in cooperation with the Palestine securities exchange at Grand park hotel in Ram Allah "The construction philosophy of the Union construction and Investment corporation (UCI) will be different from the traditional methods leading to random dispersion "Dr. Muhammad Al Sabawi , chairman of the UCI board of directors said:

Dr. Mohammad Al Sabawi , chairman of the UCI board of directors said : "We will concentrate on housing complexes with a full range of services . we will use the latest modern methods for utilizing the renewed underground energy (which is inexhaustible )to supply our projects with the thermal energy for cooling and heating”.

He said " The shares of the Union construction and Investment corporation (UCI) will go into circulation and be included on the list of the Palestine stock Exchange as from 21/01/2007", He added.
