Payment of Fourth Installment
REMINDER

Based on the Board of Directors’ decision and in compliance with directives issued by Palestinian Capital Authority and reference to our previous announcement in the local newspaper dated January 12, 2007.

This is to remind our respected shareholders that the payment of fourth installment is due by July 15, 2007 that represents 25% of their shares.
