The Etihad Subdivision is a distinguished residential avenue located on high hills of Palestine in the West Bank cities of Al Bireh and Ramallah. Only a 3 km distance from Birzeit University, the Etihad Subdivisions will include high-quality and affordable homes that overlook the beautiful nature of Palestine’s glorious mountains and luxurious valleys.
