Real Estate Development & Investments

As part of UCI's strategy for the coming ten years, we have succeeded in purchasing several parcels of lands in different locations within Palestine that have a high potential for future growth that includes (156,000) square meter in khan younis and (23,000) square meter in Al Massyoun area (Ramallah).

Currently, the UCI team of expert in cooperation with local authorities is developing feasibility studies to develop the aforementioned lands.

Future Projects - West Bank

1- UCI 2 Office Complex

Built on a total area of 1332 m2, and located in the most vibrant and desired location in the city, this stunning new office complex will be a new landmark in Ramallah’s skyline. 

With a state-of-the-art Geothermal Heating & Cooling system and LEED-certified design, UCI2 will be the most environmentally-friendly and energy efficient buildings in Palestine, and a beacon for sustainable development in the Middle East and North Africa Region.

With a spacious indoor area totalling 4600 m2 and spread out across 7 floors, UCI2 will offer tenants the perfect work environment, with complete amenities, and stunning views of Ramallah and the outskirts of Jerusalem. 

Excavation and foundation of Geothermal Works by MENA Geothermal is completed, and preparation is currently underway for mechanical project works, construction to commence in Early 2010.

2- Le Royal Hotel & Central Shopping Complex

UCI is undertaking the construction of the largest commercial center in Palestine. With its modern style architecture standing 14 stories high.
