Crown Tower

UCI aims to bring to Gaza City a multi-purpose commercial tower that offers unique services and amenities. The Crown Tower will be constructed on a 3,000 square meters plot of land and will stand 13 stories high encompassing a total area of 28,399 square meters. The Crown Tower will include the following:

Supermarket and warehouse.
Shopping mall
Several stories for office space
Medical Center
Five stars restaurant

The final drawings and designs for the Crown Tower are complete and the necessary licenses have been obtained from the proper authorities.
