UCI's Headquarter Building -ALMASSYOUN

The UCI's headquarter building is located on the Al Massyoun heights, having an area of 1319 square meters, and includes 8 floors out of which 3 floors are underground,5 floors are above the street level there and the roof.

The building is 4609 square meter in area distributed as follows:-

• Three underground floors, ground and first floor are reserved for the Ahleia Insurance Group - AIG and its sister companies.
• The second floor is reserved for the UCI as its headquarter in Ramallah.
• The remaining third and fourth floor in addition to the roof will be available for rent.
